That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee, if you just don't show up we will take the full appointment amount. The Beauty Barn Leicester is a very popular Beauty Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late.
Please be reassured we are following all of the goverment guidelines for the beauty sector to ensure your and our staff safety. You will be emailed instruction before your appointment with our full salon policy.
Staff will be wearing full PPE for the duration of your appointment and regulary sanitising, and we ask you to do the same.
