By booking an appointment at The Beauty Barn Leicester, you are agreeing to the following terms:

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

 

We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.

 Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the appointment cost.

 

 Cancellations made within 1 hour of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost.

No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost.

 

We completely understand that life happens and sometimes things are out of your control. However, as a small business, we kindly ask for your support in respecting these policies so we can continue to look after all of our clients fairly.

 

Arriving on Time & Location:

 

Please ensure you know how to find us before your appointment. Our exact location is on Google Maps – simply search ‘The Beauty Barn Leicester’.

 

If it’s your first visit, we recommend allowing extra time so you can arrive promptly and stress-free.

 

If you arrive late, unfortunately this will be taken from your treatment time so we can stay on schedule for the next client.

 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adapt your treatment to fit the time available. In this case, you will still be charged for the original treatment booked.

 

On Arrival:

 

When you arrive, please -wait at the gate and press the bell **once** to let us know you’re here. We’ll open the gate as soon as we can.

We may be with other clients, so please understand that we might not be able to respond immediately.

 

Once the gate is open, you’re welcome to park and wait in your car until a member of our team comes to collect you.

 

To protect the peaceful experience of all guests, please **do not press the bell multiple times or knock loudly on the door**, as this can disturb treatments in progress.

 

Treatment Times:

 

Please note that your appointment time is your full experience, which includes time for undressing, dressing, and consultation where applicable.

 

To get the most from your treatment, we recommend arriving promptly and wearing comfortable clothing that’s easy to change in and out of.
